William (Bill) Ging

Bill was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. He was confirmed in the Lutheran Church. He has taught school since 1968. Bill and Carol Ging married in 1969, raised three children, and lived in Detroit, Livonia, and Farmington Hills. The Ging family had a production company for 6 years featuring The Dancing Dinosaurs. Bill retired from the Detroit Public Schools in 1998. Carol retired from an X-ray clinic as a tech and office manager. They moved with their son, Joe, to Arizona in 1998. Their daughter Julie and husband moved to Arizona in 1998. Bill continued to teach in the public schools and technical colleges. Bill was a deacon, and Carol was a deaconess at Grace Church. Bill is a widower, grandfather, and university professor.
