Ever wanted to know how the video screens show such amazing graphics and the slides change to the lyrics? We can show you! Come be an integral part of how a Sunday service comes together. No matter your skill level, you can be a huge help to the team. We are looking for individuals willing to put in one week a month to help with a Sunday service. Here’s a glimpse of what that would look like:  You prepare the service plan in ProPresenter, using information provided by the elders, the pastor, the announcements team and the Praise Team and you put your personal touch on the service by choosing the images that will show on the screens. Then, on Thursday evening we join the Praise Team for their evening practice to help them run through the music for Sunday. This gives us the time to work out any changes to the plan, if needed. Finally, we meet with the Praise Team before the Sunday service to practice one more time. Then the service! This is such a rewarding ministry and wonderful way to Praise our Lord, Jesus.

Join us to learn how to run cameras and the Grace livestream! We are looking for a few volunteers to fill our our monthly schedule. Our camera and livestream setup requires two people to run a Sunday production. We will train you! Consider volunteering your time for once a month, or more, to help make this ministry a success. We started livestreaming just recently, so you’ll be learning right alongside the rest of us. If you’re not sure if you would like this work, then Ask Terry Campbell or Darcel North to sit with them during a Sunday service and watch it come together. You’ll have fun and want to be an important part of the new technology at Grace.

Welcome to Abi who joined us to help with preparing announcement slides for the Sunday announcements. She is working with Jeannie to prepare announcements in PowerPoint. These beautiful slides get shown in-house and through the livestream on Sunday mornings. If you want to join in this creative endeavor, stop by the sound booth on a Sunday morning and let’s chat!
