About Praise Team Ministry

Praise Team at Grace leads the congregation praise and worship of our God and King, creating an atmosphere of reverence and celebration. We use our God-given talents with our voices, instruments, or both to inspire and encourage spiritual connection, incorporating a mix of contemporary and traditional songs. We have fun while praising God!

While we encourage team members to prepare for Thursday practices and Sunday worship, we do not expect perfection. None of us are perfect; in fact, we strive to acknowledge our imperfections and rely on God’s grace and forgiveness to help us grow as vocalists, musicians, and as brothers and sisters in Christ. 

We practice at 6 PM on Thursday evenings at the church and you are welcome to join us! Come and see who we are and what we do. Everyone is welcome to sit and watch or listen to our practice. Just be aware that we might ask you to come join us! 

Joining the Praise Team does not mean you have to be there every single week. You’re welcome to join us as often as you want. This means you can join us once a month or every Sunday—basically as often or as infrequently as you like. We have not yet had too many volunteers to fit on stage (but that would be a nice problem to have)! When we get to that place, we’ll work to schedule folks as best we can.  We’d love to have you participate with us by using the talents God has given you. Are you only here part of the year?
