About Omar & Rebecca Rodriguez

In 1993, Omar and Rebecca joined EFCA ReachGlobal as full-time missionaries serving in the Latin America and the Caribbean Division. As a family, they served one year in Mexico City and 10 years in Venezuela. They have been married for 36 years and have two sons, Omar Daniel and Benjamin who are both married.
Omar’s main ministry focus is organizational leadership, development of new leaders, discipleship and theological education. He is currently serving as the International Leader for the Latin America and the Caribbean Division of Reach Global. Rebecca is serving through a ministry team called Women without Borders with a focus on Cuba. Omar and Rebecca reside in California and travel extensively in their ministries. Our EFCA Reach Global missionaries in Indonesia faithfully serve in the world’s largest Muslim country.
Rebecca’s strength and joy is in developing discipling relationships with women. Her ministry with ReachGlobal is serving with the EquipLAC team as the Women’s Ministry Catalyst for LAC through a ministry team called Women without Borders. Her desire is to reach women for Christ and to train women to serve in their local churches and denominations.
